This time of the year is my absolute favorite! For an Irish lass, and former Irish dancer like myself, this has always been the busiest time of the year, some might even call it March Madness! =) Today starts the first day of my last year as a “twenty something” and I am feeling good about that! This year I have come to the realization that aging is a luxury that not everyone has the opportunity to enjoy- embrace it! =) My younger sister, Bridget’s birthday is tomorrow! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRIDGET! We have had a blast celebrating our St. Patrick’s Day birthdays together since 1990! Another part of the “madness” that occurs every March is that my older sister and Irish twin, Maureen, and I are now the same age again! We are 10 months apart so we always enjoy being the same age for two months! The look featured in this post is perfect for a celebration! It is bold, colorful, and fun! This outfit instantly puts me in the mood to celebrate! Cheers! XOXO

Hi friends! Thanks for stopping by! It is time to start transitioning into spring mode! It is always exciting to transition into the next season, ditching the current garments worn repeatedly and adding a new, fresh batch of clothes to your closet. Even if they are pieces that you have owned for years, it is always fun to rediscover clothing that has been out of season and not off the hanger in quite some time. If you are anything like me, a new season also means an excuse to buy new clothes! =) The outfit featured in this post is one of my new favorites for the upcoming season. The military green color of the jacket is flattering to all skin tones and is super versatile, not to mention is also a big trend for spring 2017. This past weekend while we were walking to dinner in downtown Chicago, my sister and I realized that this shade of green mimics the one of the Chicago river! We could not get over the way that my outfit played with the scenery of the Chicago river in a way that made me seem like the perfect accessory to our city, Chicago, on such a gorgeous pre-spring evening. Enjoy! XoXo
